The equipment (main unit/micro motor) is guaranteed for 3 years.
The motor is delivered in a sturdy aluminium case, perfectly protected by a thick foam insert.
The motor's central unit features a digital touch screen. Simply touch the screen to access the various functions.
With the motor, a fibre-optic green implantology contra-angle is supplied, ref C6-22.
The motor is fitted with an LED light.
The motor has a saline pump with an adjustable flow rate. Five flow rates can be selected (from zero to 4).
The motor has 6 programmes that allow settings such as rotation speed, torque, and the ratio of the contra-angle in use to be stored .....
The motor can operate with contra-angles of different ratios, thereby adapting the contra-angle output speed according to the ratio of the contra-angle selected and fitted on the unit. The ratios managed in implantology mode are ; 16:1, 20:1, 64:1.
In free mode 1:1 - 1:5 - 4:1 - 10:1 - 16:1 - 20:1 - 64:1
The rotation speed at the contra-angle output is adjustable and depends on the ratio of the contra-angle in use.
The working torque of the contra-angle is adjustable. Maximum selectable torque ; 80 N/m. (not available on all programmes)
The supplied green contra-angle has a maximum permissible torque of 55 N/m
The motor has a "reverse" rotation function (reverse).
The motor is fitted with a wired pedal that allows ;
- Starting the rotation of the contra-angle progressively, depending on the pressure applied to the pedal.
The pedal also allows ;
- Selecting a programme.
- Adjusting the flow rate of the saline pump.
- Changing the direction of rotation of the contra-angle.
These functions can also be adjusted via the central unit.
A scale of the "measured" torque is displayed on the digital screen in the form of "bars", ten in total. The more bars there are, the closer the measured torque is to the value set for stopping the motor. This allows the effort produced by the contra-angle to be visualised.
With the motor at rest, the maximum rotation speed of the contra-angle can be set. When the pedal is activated, the maximum speed disappears and the actual rotation speed at the contra-angle output is displayed. You can thus adjust the rotation speed (shown on the screen) by pressing the pedal more or less firmly, but without ever being able to exceed the pre-set speed.
If the maximum speed is required immediately, simply press the pedal fully.
The contra-angle, the electric motor and its cord are autoclavable.
The motor is very simple and intuitive to use.
The implantology motor is CE certified.
Equipment guaranteed for THREE years, parts and labour included, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (see the "Warranty" section), except for the contra-angle and the pedal, which carry a one-year warranty.

BEFORE PUTTING THE MICRO MOTOR AND ITS CABLE IN THE AUTOCLAVE ;
Imperatively screw the screw/cap into the "nose" of the motor AND carefully check
the condition of the O-ring seal.
Without this, moisture from the autoclave will enter the motor body and
condense upon cooling, leaving liquid (water) in contact with the electrical
components of the motor, CAUSING ITS DESTRUCTION.....
