DFC Instruments has signed a partnership agreement with COXO to officially distribute their products. DFC Instruments sells and represents only the COXO brand, and COXO, as stipulated in the contract, undertakes to sell its equipment in France exclusively to DFC Instruments, DFC Instruments being its official representative in France.
DFC Instruments handles after-sales service for the equipment, maintains a stock, and keeps all user manuals available in French. DFC Instruments also holds all official documents relating to the lawful placing on the European market of COXO equipment.
DFC Instruments relays all requests and questions between the factory and practitioners.
COXO sells its equipment in France exclusively to DFC Instruments, its official distributor.
PLEASE NOTE, only DFC Instruments is officially authorised to sell COXO products in France. By purchasing from DFC Instruments, you have the assurance of buying AUTHENTIC, NON-COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS, originating directly from the COXO factory, in compliance with European regulations guaranteeing product safety.
Any purchase of COXO-branded products on parallel markets exposes you to the risk of buying possibly counterfeit products, which do not guarantee the safety of operators or the quality of COXO products. You are also exposed to the consequences of purchasing counterfeit products during checks carried out by French customs upon the entry of counterfeit products into our territory.
