Thus a Bien Air brand motor will not be able to operate on the electronic board of a Kavo or Sirona motor.... In addition to this, each brand has developed a power cord with its own connector, which means that not only is the electrical device different from one brand to another, but the connector is too.

Therefore, when you have a failing electric motor, the only solution is to replace the motor with an equivalent from the same brand, or to have it repaired. However, you must also first ensure that it is not the electronic board that is malfunctioning.

The Coxo electric motor operates on the same principle. It has its own connector and electronic board.

In order to use the Coxo motor, the electronic box, the speed adjustment potentiometer and the motor cord must first be inserted into the dental chair.

This is a straightforward operation for those with experience, but it requires dismantling the chair console, with an electrical connection..... The use of a professional is recommended.
