The idea of creating DFC,
came from a conversation one evening at a restaurant, between friends — some of whom were dental surgeons and one of whom was an importer of Chinese products.
Dentists were aware that Chinese-made rotary equipment existed at very, very attractive prices — far below those of equipment sold commercially in France — but without knowing how to obtain it, let alone in compliance with European legislation.
The idea was launched, and a request was made to the importer to see whether he might be able to find dental equipment factories through his Chinese contacts.
Why China as the country of importation?
Whilst "made in China" is often associated with low-quality products, it remains true that China is capable of producing goods of the very highest quality. It is simply a matter of purchase price, and knowing how to buy!
The majority of IT or multimedia products sold in Europe/the West, such as iPhones or other tablets, are produced in China and are of impeccable quality!
It should also be noted that China is now the world's second largest economic power, ahead of Japan, Germany and France!!
The equipment,
Having gathered information on the European legislation governing the distribution of medical equipment (European Directive 93/42), several of the largest Chinese factories meeting these criteria were selected, with their production covering the need for turbines, contra-angles, handpieces and air motors, in various configurations.
Various pieces of equipment from different factories were then purchased, tested and evaluated. Ultimately, our choice fell on COXO Medical, owing to the quality and diversity of their equipment. We are now the official distributor of this brand in France.
The products selected from Coxo are of course compliant with European legislation, and all hold a European CE certificate.
Coxo has met the ISO 13485 standard.
Furthermore, DFC holds professional public liability insurance with AXA, a French insurer and the world's leading insurer in terms of net premiums collected!

The price you pay corresponds to the purchase price in China, plus the cost of shipping, plus a normal operating margin for DFC, with VAT added on top.

- Should the product not suit you, and provided it is in PERFECT condition, with ABSOLUTELY no scratches, no cosmetic defects…. We would take the equipment back and refund the purchase price excluding shipping, within one week of receipt.
- We endeavour, wherever possible, to stock spare parts so that equipment can be repaired. Should we not have the part in question, we can order anything. We also provide after-sales service.
